Ms. Winters Beauchamp is Director, Private Placement Insurance at MAS Advisors. She provides guidance on the structuring and placement of investments for Private Placement Life and Annuity contracts. She has an extensive career in the insurance industry working for leaders such as AIG, Pacific Life and CIBC Oppenheimer specializing in advanced case design and estate planning. She is a graduate of LeTourneau University.
Mr. Becerra is the Director of Advanced Case Design for MAS Advisors and is part of the Firm's Management Committee. He has held a variety of senior marketing and sales management positions in the financial services industry, both domestically and abroad. At Hartford Life, Transamerica and Assurant Group he specialized in the development and growth of non-traditional distribution channels. More recently he was Chief Strategy Officer of one of the country’s largest educational services providers, where he pioneered a multi-national paradigm for high school education providing U.S. high school diploma programs in Spain, Italy, France, Argentina, Chile, Guatemala and Ecuador. He received his BBA in Finance from Florida International University. He holds Series 6, 63 & 65 FINRA certifications.
Mr. Calderon is the Managing Director and Principal of MAS Advisors. He is Chairman of the Firm’s Management Committee and of the Investment Committee. Mr. Calderon’s advisory work focuses on a variety of market-neutral investment strategies tied to private fund offerings both for US and foreign clients. He concentrates on tax efficient strategies particularly the management of proprietary insurance compliant investment strategies and funds within the separate accounts of private placement variable life insurance and variable annuity companies. He has over 30 years of experience in the delivery of global financial services as a senior executive, legal counsel, and compliance officer with two Fortune 100 multinational firms.
Natalia works as an Advanced Case Design Analyst for MAS Advisors, optimizing tax-efficient investment structures through Private Placement Life and Annuity contracts (PPLI). She has over ten years of experience in the insurance industry, seven of those in the PPLI space. She is a graduate of Florida International University, where she earned a BS in Criminal Justice.
Valeria is the Associate Portfolio Administrator for MAS Advisors. Valeria is responsible for handling investment account servicing activities, tracking the value of all portfolios, maintaining appropriate business records, and producing analytical reports. She is MAS Advisors' liaison with subadvisors, broker dealers, custodians, and fund administrators. Valeria is a recent graduate of Babson College where she received a BS in Business Administration. She also studied International Finance and Business and International Affairs in Paris, France.
Mr. Gerasimov is an Associate Portfolio Manager at MAS Advisors implementing and maintaining discretionary and non-discretionary accounts for institutional clients and select high net worth clients. He acts as the liaison for institutional clients with investment managers, subadvisors, asset allocators and underlying fund managers. Karl holds a BA from SUNY University at Buffalo, MBA from University of Miami and earned the prestigious CFA designation and is a CFA Charter Holder. Additionally, Mr. Gerasimov holds several FINRA certifications: Series 24 (Securities Principal), Series 55 (Equity Trader), Series 7 (Registered Representative), Series 63 (Securities Agent State Law).
Mr. Loisey is Chief Information Officer for MAS Advisors. He is responsible for the IT systems, systems architecture and IT security. Early in his career, Christophe was a Program Manager at Microsoft in Redmond, Washington where he was part of the Excel team, designed Office features, supervised the Office security review process and was part of the team that received a U.S. patent. Christophe has a degree in mechanical engineering from École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers in Paris, France.
Mr. Norambuena is the Manager of Financial Operations for MAS Advisors. He has held different positions related to Financial Reporting, Analysis and Planning for various companies across various business segments, including Ernst & Young, LNR Properties, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Roberto received his BS in Business & Economics from the University of California Santa Barbara and his Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Florida Atlantic University.
Vivian works as a Client Service Specialist providing administrative and reporting support. She has worked in the life insurance business for over 20 years, both with US and Bermuda based insurance companies, primarily with life insurance, annuities and preferred share products. For the last eight years, Vivian has focused in the field of client service. Previously, she specialized in the insurance software industry for many years, so, she's owned her skills across many of the different aspects of the insurance business. She is a graduate from the University of Miami with a BS degree in Computer Science.

Charlie founded Wealth Strategies Group, Inc. (WSG) in 2001 as a full-service financial planning firm serving executive, professional, and business owner clients. Charlie is deeply committed to ethically guiding his clients through the maze of long-term investing and financial planning. Forty years of experience in accounting, tax compliance, and financial services have given him valuable insight into the challenges faced by higher net worth individuals and families. Wealth Strategies Group became part of MAS Advisors in 2019, to expand its client offerings and enhance tax-efficient investing strategies, and Charlie is now part of the firm's Management Committee.
Prior to forming WSG, Charlie co-founded Jaffe Auerbach Advisory Group and served as its COO. Between 1983 and 1994, he worked as Due Diligence Officer at Morgan Keegan in Memphis. A native of Brooklyn, he graduated in 1971 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brooklyn College in New York. His first positions were with the IRS in New York, New York and included Revenue Agent, Audit Reviewer, and Appellate Conferee.
Charlie is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Chartered Financial Consultant®, Enrolled Agent with the IRS, and Accredited Tax Advisor. In 2009 he was featured among Business Week’s Top 50 Most Experienced Independent Financial Advisors. For the past three consecutive years he has been named among the Memphis area “Power Players” by MBQ: Inside Memphis Business, a list that recognizes outstanding professionals who have built solid reputations in their field.
Joy joined WSG (now part of MAS Advisors) in 2003 as an Administrative Assistant and has since assumed the role of Client Services Associate and Operations Manager. In her current role, Joy is a dedicated liaison between our advisors and clients where she provides a broad range of support including facilitating client inquiries. She works with our clients to both gather new account documentation and to update existing account information and records.
Prior to joining WSG, Joy obtained a Bachelor's degree in Teacher Education and pursued a career as a teacher and private school administrator. Her supportive approach and attention to detail helps ensure that our clients receive the high-quality, personable service they have come to expect from our team.
Bruce joined WSG (now part of MAS Advisors) in April of 2015, specializing in financial and tax planning for business owners, executives, and retirees. Bruce left his ten year tenure with FedEx Express as Senior Financial Analyst in 2012 to pursue a career in financial planning with UBS Wealth Management.
After three years of success applying a financial planning approach to money management, Bruce made the decision to join WSG. His motivation was the same as the co-founders – to move from a traditional firm to a one that favors a more personalized, unbiased approach to investment advice.

Brenda joined our growing team in 2012 to further support our client service efforts. As our newest Administrative Assistant, her responsibilities include client communication, scheduling, contact database management, document archiving and administration of general office procedures. Her maturity and warm personality are traits both our team and our clients appreciate.
Outside of work, Brenda enjoys spending time with family and involvement in church activities.
Linda joined WSG as Retirement Plan Services Coordinator in 2009, bringing with her over thirty years of experience in financial services in the capacities of investment advisory, financial planning, insurance, and ERISA qualified retirement plans. She has performed comprehensive services to retirement plans as Sales Specialist and Trust Administrator, offering custody, securities settlement, trust accounting, plan design services, plan recordkeeping and employee education and enrollment services. Linda has held positions with Waddell & Reed Financial Services and First Tennessee Trust Division, Employee Benefits Department. Linda is the Immediate Past President of Greater Memphis Employee Benefit Council and has held positions on that Board for twenty plus years.
Stephen joined WSG in November of 2015, specializing in retirement and college saving plans. After a successful career in the medical device industry working for both a Fortune 500 company as well as a venture-backed startup, he chose to follow his passion of investing and pursued a career in the financial services industry with Edward Jones Investments.
After five years of successfully applying a planning approach to money management, Stephen made the decision to join WSG for their independent, unbiased, advice-driven solutions. Stephen brings his passion for helping others and knowledge of investing to serve the financial needs of individuals and families.
David Williams has operated a consultancy to small- to mid- sized businesses and their executives since 2004. He is also affiliated with WSG and is Director of Planning Services. Prior to establishing his business consultancy, Dave was Director of Financial Planning for Regions Morgan Keegan Trust.
Dave has been a financial planner dealing primarily with small business owners since 1981. He has developed special expertise in advanced estate and charitable planning, community property and Napoleonic law, employer stock option planning, and qualified plans.
Dave has been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner since 1985. He is Past-President and Chairman of the Board of the Financial Planning Association of the Mid-South. Dave is also a mentor with Memphis Institute for Leadership Education, a program associated with the Fogelman College of Business and Economics.
